At the Intermot show in Köln Suzuki has unveiled a model GSX-S 1000F who is a roadster with an aggressive new look, built so that it has an excellent riding position and plenty of comfort and performance tuned for the street.
The 2015 Suzuki GSX-S 1000F powered by a street-tuned version of the four-stroke, liquid-cooled, DOHC, 999cc, has not declared power or mass, but we believe that the first value to be around 160 hp. Advanced traction control system allows the driver to have a more confidence in diverse conditions.
There is a new chassis that is very lightweight and provides excellent handling, front suspension is 43 mm KYB inverted front forks that are fully adjustable damping, rebound, compression and spring preload and rear suspension is sturdy aluminum-alloy swingarm comes straight from the current GSX -R1000. New lightweight, six-spoke aluminum wheels with Dunlop tires, front dimensions 120 / 70ZR17 and rear dimensions 190 / 50ZR17. To safely stop is charge Brembo system where there is a 310 mm floating disc with radial-mount monobloc calipers and compact ABS control unit.
Aggressive and sporty GSX-S 1000F layout allows the fairing features a low-slung, sharply shaped nose and forward-leaning side fairing panels with combination of black plastics and painted parts and LED tail light. Also, LED instrument cluster possesses speedometer, odometer, dual tripmeters, tachometer, gear position, coolant and ambient temperatures, driving range, average fuel consumption, instantaneous fuel consumption, traction control, a clock, turn signals, high beam, malfunction, ABS, traction control, coolant temperature, and oil pressure while white backlight gives great nighttime visibility.
