Geneva Auto Show has brought a lot of interesting models, which displays a realistic perspective completely new philosophy including the German company Volkswagen announces the imminent entry into something more dynamic, (lifestyle) segment of compact crossovers, at its booth showed T-Cross Breeze concept.
The 2017 Volkswagen T-Cross Breeze concept is based on the MQB platform, which will in due course to use and the sixth generation Polo model. Under the hood of concept is placed a new 1.0-liter three-cylinder turbo petrol engine that develops a maximum power of 110 hp (81 kW) and maximum torque of 175 Nm (129 lb-ft), available already at 1500 rpm, mated to a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission that delivers power to the front wheels.
A top speed of 188 km / h, while acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in 10.3 seconds, with average fuel consumption of 5 l / 100 km, which means that with a full tank of 40 liters can exceed a distance of 800 km (in theory) and has CO2 emissions of 115 g / km. Volkswagen T-Cross Breeze concept envisages of gamma petrol and diesel engines (TSI - TDI), which will be available in the standard version.
This nice crossover with its compact dimensions length 4133mm, width 1798mm and height of 1563mm has a low weight of 1250 kg only. The exterior is elegant designed with a wider grille, new development and a double character line along the side panels, LED lights and Summer Green Soft color.
The interior contains new-generation digital dashboard called the Active Info Display which has a handful of innovative technologies, thus allowing for better interaction between the vehicle and the needs of passengers while driving, finish and quality materials are very present with the presentation of a new approach to interior design.
